Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Full Legs.

Most clients enjoy smooth legs for three to six weeks depending on hair growth cycles and hormone levels. Results vary by individual; regular waxing can extend the interval between sessions and slow regrowth, giving longer-lasting smoothness over time.

Some discomfort is normal, especially first-time waxing, but technicians use proper technique and soothing products. Exfoliating beforehand, avoiding caffeine, and taking a mild pain reliever 30 minutes before appointment can reduce sensitivity and make the experience more comfortable.

Ensure hair is at least ¼ inch long, exfoliate lightly a day or two before, avoid heavy creams on the day of your appointment, and arrive clean. Inform your technician of medications or recent treatments that could affect skin sensitivity.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, intense workouts, and direct sun for 24–48 hours. Apply calming aloe or oil-free moisturizer, wear breathable clothing, and exfoliate gently after 3–4 days to prevent ingrown hairs and maintain smooth, comfortable results.

We recommend avoiding shaving between waxes; shaving disrupts the natural regrowth and may negate waxing benefits. Trimming very long hairs before your appointment is okay, but let hair grow to the proper length so the wax can grip effectively for optimal results.

Waxing is safe for most skin types, but not recommended for sunburned, broken, irritated skin or recently retinoid-treated skin. Inform your technician about medications, skin conditions, or recent procedures to determine suitability and avoid complications.
