For safety, we ask that parents stay for children under a certain age; typically caregivers remain nearby during the service. If you'd prefer to step away, discuss arrangements when booking so we can ensure the child feels secure and comfortable.
Our technicians are trained to comfort shy or nervous children with gentle conversation, distraction, choices of polish color, and short breaks. We move at the child’s pace and can pause or modify steps to keep the experience positive.
