Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Hybrid Fill.

We recommend a refill every 2–3 weeks depending on your natural shedding cycle and lifestyle. Regular maintenance keeps the blend of classics and fans even, prevents gaps, and extends the life of your hybrid set. Your technician will advise timing.

When applied and removed by a trained technician using proper isolation and adhesive techniques, hybrid fills should not harm natural lashes. We use lightweight extensions and safe adhesives to minimize stress; follow aftercare to avoid tugging or oil-based products.

Most hybrid refill appointments take between 45–75 minutes depending on how many extensions need replacing and the desired density. First-time clients or heavily grown-out sets may require more time; technicians assess your set before timing.

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes to ensure proper bonding. Remove mascara, eyeliner, and oil-based products beforehand. If needed, we can gently cleanse your lashes, but avoiding makeup before your appointment speeds the process and improves retention.

Avoid water, steam, saunas, and heavy workouts for 24–48 hours to let adhesive set. Use oil-free cleansers, brush lashes gently with a spoolie daily, and avoid oil-based products. Schedule regular refills and follow technician recommendations for best retention.

Contact us immediately and remove extensions if swelling, severe itching, or irritation occur. We can perform a patch test, recommend aftercare, or refer to medical care if necessary. We use medical-grade adhesives and accommodate sensitivities when notified in advance.
